Kim Macniak
Background
Kim manages the fund accounting team and has primary responsibility for all aspects of fund accounting and GP reporting for Versant. This includes preparation of financial statements, valuations, cash management and working with Versant's auditors.
History
Prior to joining Versant, Kim was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco in the Assurance practice where she focused on serving venture capital, private equity, investment advisors and endowment fund clients. She graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
